Pannagh Pass cannot guarantee that the club will grant you membership or entry. We do, however, guarantee a refund of our service fee if membership is denied (see Refund Policy). We assume no liability for the club’s decision or any actions of the club’s staff.
Compliance with Laws: By purchasing our service, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and understand the legal context. You agree not to use the introduction for any unlawful purpose. Transporting cannabis out of the club, buying with intent to resell, or sharing with minors are illegal. Any cannabis you obtain is for personal use in a private space. You are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and club rules.
Member Conduct: Once you become a member of Círculo, you are subject to the club’s statutes and rules. Any violation of those (such as improper behavior, public disclosure of club details, etc.) could result in termination of your membership by the club. Pannagh Pass has no authority over club enforcement actions. If you are expelled from the club for rule violations, Pannagh Pass is not obligated to refund your introduction fee (as our service was successfully delivered).
Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with data protection laws. By using the service, you consent to us sharing necessary details with the club’s admission staff (typically name, age, and contact info) purely for the purpose of facilitating your introduction. We do not store your ID scans or sensitive personal data beyond what’s needed, and we do not share your info with third parties beyond the club. The club, in turn, maintains confidentiality of its member list. However, note that Pannagh Pass is not responsible for the club’s internal data practices.
Service Limitations: Our Fast-Track Intro is valid for one person and one club visit for the purpose of joining. It cannot be transferred or reused for someone else or a different club. It is valid up to the stated expiry (usually 6 months). After you join, any further interaction with the club is outside the scope of our service. If you have issues with the club (though we hope you won’t), you must address them with club management directly.
Liability: Pannagh Pass’s liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any damages or incidents that occur at the club or as a result of your membership (for example, if you experience any adverse reaction or if the club changes its policies unexpectedly). We do our best to ensure a great experience, but some factors are beyond our control.
Cancellation: If you decide not to use your invitation, you may cancel it before visiting the club. We offer a full refund for cancellations made before the invitation is used (simply contact us). Once you have used the introduction and joined the club, the service is considered delivered in full, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Acceptance: By proceeding with a Pannagh Pass purchase, you acknowledge and accept all the above terms. This is to protect you, the club, and us, ensuring a lawful and enjoyable experience for all parties.
